CG-ENERGY EFFICIENT MOTORS

The majority of electrical energy consumed in most industrial facilities is used to run electric motors. Energy-efficient motors now available are typically from 2 to 6 percent more efficient than their standard counterparts. NEMA 56 Frame Motors
B56 frame motors are for general purpose applications in MS Rolled powder coated body construction. These are available in NEMA 56 or IEC(Metric) 90 frame, foot and flange mounting arrangements. Thermal protection is optional. UL approved range of motors is also available.
100S Frame Motors
Heavy duty motors with robust rolled sheet steel powder coated body occupies leading position in the market. Highly efficient double capacitor designs are suitable for almost any application.
100S Frame Wood Working Motors
In Wood work (Planning, Cutting, Sizing) is most common application where reliable motors are required to give uninterrupted service. The special high torque design with double capacitor is specific to this application and is the preferred choice of customers. Protection is most important aspect, which is fulfilled with the help of MCB in a special terminal box. When there is undesirable overload on motor due to wet or hard knots of the wood, the MCB operates and prevents winding failure.
Single Phase Motors
Single Phase Motors are used in variety of applications in households and small industrial sectors, where three phase power supply is not available. Single Phase motors are classified based on the type of starting mechanism. Widely used starting mechanisms are SplitPhase, Capacitor Start and Run, Capacitor Start Induction Run & Capacitor Start Capacitor Run.
Depending upon the application load characteristics, mounting suitability and cooling mechanisms, we have single phase motors in various output powers, constructions and enclosures.

BRAKE MOTORS
Used for numerous applications like Textile machinery, Machine Tools, Printing Machine, Cranes and Hoists, Material Handling Equipments, Leather Processing Machines, Cable Reeling Drums, Rolling Mills, Elevators, Conveyers, etc. brake Motor is combination of an AC Induction Motor and Electromagnetic DC brake. INVERTER DUTY MOTORS

Residential, Agricultural and Specialty Pumps
CG has launched a wide range of energy efficient pumps and SMS savvy devices to operate pumps for residential, agricultural, commercial and industrial applications. Pumps generally consume huge amounts of electrical energy and hence present a tremendous opportunity for energy savings. Today, discerning consumers are displaying a preference for energy efficient pumps.
The intelligent microchip technology embedded in the GSM (Global System for Mobile Communications) Pump Controller and the Electronic Control Panels allow these pumps to be switched "on" and "off" remotely, through a mobile phone call or an SMS. They can also be programmed to send an SMS alert to the customers’ mobile phones informing of any shutdown or power failure. Other value-added features are a voltage and current display and a protection from short circuits and overload.
For the residential customers, a choice of premium pumps namely Mini Marshal, Mini Maestro, Max Gold and Pressure booster were launched with special features such as higher performance, brass inserts and Cathodic Electro Deposition (CED) coating. In addition, few of these pumps come with a two-year warranty. CG’s reliable, energy-efficient pump solutions work more efficiently, with greater precision and for longer periods. They also reduce electricity bills and require lower maintenance.
For the agricultural sector, CG launched four new premium submersible pumps. These are 4 inch and 6 inch pumps, 50 feet per stage, in stainless steel finish, and Vertical Open Well Submersible pumps. These products have incorporated a change in material construction from cast iron to stainless steel, so they are now corrosion resistant and abrasion free - an important feature required for submersible pump applications. The superior design of these pumps reduces power consumption and electricity bills.
For the commercial and industrial segment, CG launched the Vertical and Horizontal Multistage Pumps, suitable for high rise buildings. These pumps can raise water up to a height of 265 meters, at the desired pressure. The pumps are fortified with pressure boosters to maintain water pressure at the same level irrespective of the height at which the outlet is located.

CG FORCEHEAD is supplied with pressure tank for constant water pressure in system. These booster self priming pumps are designed to automatically start and stop depending on water tap operation. They are high-pressure pumps that help to deliver the desired water pressure throughout a house/facility and increase the force through which water flows through faucets, showers or any other water outlet.
